Differences in the Concentration of Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG Antibodies Post-COVID-19 Recovery or Post-Vaccination

At the end of 2020, population-based vaccination programs with new generation mRNA-based vaccines began almost all over world. The aim study was to evaluate titer anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibodies against S1 subunit virus’s spike protein as a marker humoral response in 477 patients and concentration interferon-gamma an indicator cellular 28 individuals. In our studies, we used serological enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. measured weeks 2 3 after first dose 1–5 second mRNA vaccine seropositive seronegative individuals well symptomatic asymptomatic convalescents. High levels were observed 98% vaccinated cohort, presence protective T cells confirmed blood samples participants. immune is diversified visible early 2–3 vaccine. level protection increased significantly dose, increase being much greater pre-vaccine healthy subjects less third highest, following weeks, it decreased gradually. Regular measurements on eight show that antibody titers are lower four months than before dose.
